Review: TV Harmony AutoPilot

[Editors’ Note: On November 1, 2006, iLounge published The 2007 iPod Buyers’ Guide, with more than 30 brand new, capsule-sized product reviews – only for products we considered to be amongst the very best we’ve seen throughout the year.

The short review below is excerpted from the Guide, which you can download here.]

Review: TV Harmony AutoPilot

Have a TiVo and a PC? Then you can have iPod-ready copies of your favorite TV shows, if you’re willing to wait through an automatic conversion process.

Unlike Desktop Plus 2.3 (iLounge rating: C), a $25 program from TiVo, AutoPilot includes quality control settings and auto commercial removal features that make iPod videos look, convert, and run better.
