Apple has added 2019 iMac certified refurbished models on their list of products visitors can buy. In the US and Canada version of the Apple website, refurbished 27 inch and 21.5 inch variants of the iMac are available. The price difference between brand-new and refurbished units are about 15% lower.
Refurbished iMac models are tested, cleaned and inspected, then repackaged with a new box, manuals and accessories. Buyers get the Magic Mouse 2, Magic Keyboard, a power cord and a Lightning to USB cable. Moreover, all refurbished units come with a standard 1-year warranty that starts when the computer is delivered.

2019 iMac computers have similar designs to that of the 2012 models. They have the same 4 and 5K displays, and I/O ports such as a headphone jack, an SD card slot, 4 USB 3.0 slots, 2 Thunderbolt 3 slots and ethernet. They don’t have T-series security chips as that of the newer Macs and the iMac Pro.
