MLB is coming to Apple TV, with the schedule for September released. Users of the Apple Vision Pro headset are going to be getting a new perk where they can stream the game in Apple Immersive Format Live, meaning you can watch in 3D with 180 degrees of view.
Subscriptions for Apple TV in Hong Kong, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Germany are able to stream the live games with Apple Immersive via the App for Apple TV. You can also watch highlights and full game replays for the Vision Pro with the use of the app.
When using the Vision Pro, stats and the lineups of the teams will be floating on screen with Spatial Audio stadium view available during breaks in the game. Out of 7 games in Friday Night Baseball, you can stream four of them with Apple Immersive. The full schedule will be supplied in the announcement for Apple.
