Apple is in the closing stage of their global celebration for their 50th anniversary after hosting events in Tokyo, Mexico City, Shanghai, and Washington D.C. Sarah Herrlinger, Roberta Cordano, and Troy Kotsur held discussions on how accessible technology helps in developing creativity.
Troy Kotsur is the first male actor who is deaf to receive an Academy Award for his performance in CODA, an Apple TV Film, while Roberta Cordano is the first woman who is deaf to be Gallaudet University President.

Apple started off their celebration for their 50th anniversary with an impromptu Alicia Keys concert held in Grand Central Terminal in New York, and then events were held in Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and many more countries during the whole month of March. There will be another session in India at Apple BKC.
Apple was founded on April 1, 1976, April 1 and will be turning 50 next week!
