Apple Store to open in Downtown Toronto

A new Apple Store is set to be built in Downtown Toronto, more specifically the Eaton Centre. The opening of the new shop is sooner than we’d think- before the first half of December or sooner.

This is the Apple Store in Downtime Toronto, Canada.

The existing Apple Store in Eaton Centre will have its Today at Apple programs end in December 6, 2019, which suggests a December 7 opening day for the new store. Rumors say that employee training may push the opening date to around December 14, 2019.

In January, a report was filed for new plans to build a store in Eaton Centre in Canada. The space was a former Abercrombie & Fitch location and spanned over 10,000 square feet.

Apple has other retail stores in Toronto- in Fairview, Sherway Gardens and Yorkdale, all of them inside shopping malls. There’s a rumor that Apple will be setting up a street-facing store in a retail and condominium complex called ‘The One’ in Bloor and Yonge, Toronto by 2022.
