Apple is allocating parts of its physical stores in the fall this year for new upcoming products. Teams in charge of layouts of Apple Stores have been tasked with preparing for changes.
The changes will have perimeter walls in new Apple stores where the company will be displaying Beats, Apple TV’s, HomePods, and AirPods, with other accessories sold by third party companies. Apple is expected to be revamping the HomePod Mini and Apple TV this year.
The changes in Apple stores hint that a release of new devices is close, with the new smart home hub rumored to be released in October or early 2027. The macOS Tahoe 26.7 code strings also revealed a list of unreleased products. A dedicated section is needed by Apple to allow customers to see how the smart home hub operates. The device looks to be using Widget Gallery.
