Apple has shared the official trailer video for the movie ‘Hala’, which will debut on December 6 on Apple TV+.
‘Hala’ follows the coming of age of Hala, a 17-year old, with notable stars Geraldine Viswanathan, Azad Khan, Gabriel Luna, Jack Kilmer, Purbi Joshi and Anna Chlumsky.
The movie is directed and written by Minhail Baig, with Jada Pinkett Smith being an executive producer. In theatre, ‘Hala’ appeared in the Toronto International Film Festival and Sundance Film Festival.
The film will be shown in theaters before appearing on Apple TV+ by November 22. It will be available on Apple TV+ after two weeks.
Apple TV+ is a subscription-based service that costs $4.99 per month. Subscribers can watch original Apple content such as ‘See’, ‘For All Mankind’, ‘The Morning Show’ and ‘Dickinson’, with the only movie being ‘The Elephant Queen’.
Apple device users can try it free for 7 days, but if you bought a new iPad, Apple TV, iPod Touch, Mac or iPhone Apple TV+ is free for 12 months.
