In a recent interview with CNN, Microsoft founder Bill Gates spoke of the late Steve Jobs and his remarkable way of enchanting the crowd.
Gates mentioned that Jobs had the remarkable ability to mesmerize people with his ‘spells’ and save Apple in the process. Gates mentioned that he wasn’t affected by the spells because he was a minor wizard.
The interview went on about Jobs’ excellent design sense, which Gates mentioned was the best he’d ever witnessed. The Microsoft CEO stated that Jobs had a way of picking talent and hyper-motivating that talent. More importantly, the late Apple founder knew which one was ‘good’, and which one was ‘not good’.
In the details by Bloomberg, the owner of Microsoft stated that it was easy for people to emulate Steve’s bad qualities and that Jobs was sometimes very rude. But Gates said that Jobs brought about ‘incredibly positive things’ to the company and had a kind of tough guy aura about him.
