Apple Arcade for Mac is now available ahead of the release of its newest operating system, the macOS Catalina.

Mac Users Now Have Access To Apple Arcade

It will feature the same kind of service the iPadOS and iOS has, and the monthly cost is $4.99. Currently, there are dozens of new games you can play now, with promise of hundreds of titles each month. A single account can work on Apple TV, iPod Touch, iPad and iPhone running tvOS 13, iPadOS 13 and iOS 13. Progress is saved on iCloud so you can continue playing.

To sign up for Apple Arcade on the Mac, simply head to the App Store and look for the section ‘Apple Arcade’ You can attach an Xbox Wireless or Playstation 4 controller for an improved gaming experience.

The new macOS Catalina will have several changes, notably a new Music, Reminders and ‘Find My’ app and an updated Photos interface. The exact date of release is still unknown.
