Reddit servers appear to have gone down worldwide for all its users. Users that are trying to access the website is given “Our CDN was unable to reach our servers” error.

According to the error displayed, it looks like the Reddit’s primary server has gone offline. Therefore, Reddit’s CDN servers are now forced to trigger it’s CDN error since the primary server is offline to fetch data. It’s been over an hour that the Reddit website has gone down.

Why is Reddit down?

The cause of the downtime is still unknown, however, users have stormed onto Twitter asking other Reddit users whether they are facing the same issue when accessing the site.

According to a tweet by @Callsshock7, it looks like the Reddit was is still accessible on its subdomain https://old.reddit.com/

This isn’t the first time that Reddit website has gone down. In March, Reddit’s website had face over 5,000 outrages within a day. Since this story is still developing, we will update this article as soon as we get some new information about the down time.

Update: Looks like Reddit is back online. No statement has been given by Reddit regarding the downtime.
