Apple has re-launched the classic Texas Hold’Em game for the iPhone in time for its 10th year anniversary at the App Store.
Interested users can download the 2.0 version at the App Store. The revamped game features higher resolution graphics, more challenging card play, new characters and more. Keep in mind that in order to play the game you’ll need an iPhone or iPod Touch that has iOS 12 or later.
The app first debuted September 2006 for the iPod. In 2008, the game was ported over to the App Store when the iPhone was launched. In 2011, Texas Hold’Em was pulled from the App Store.
Texas Hold’Em can be played offline with 24 AI opponents or up to eight live players via Wi-Fi. The new version is entirely free to play and takes you to various poker stages in location such as Macau, Paris and Las Vegas.
